Is there such thing as a 'Concert Soprano' size ukulele?

Recently i was wanted to buy a 'Concert' size ukulele, and a seller on ebay has a 'concert soprano ukulele', i was wondering weither the seller is just unexperienced, or is there an actual size as concert soprano.

I don't know why he would advertise his ukulele this way. I think you're right. He doesn't know the different sizes.

But, I have to tell you I've bo't a ukulele that companies sell as a tenor that is the size of a concert. http://www.empire-music.com/US/English/Catalogue.cfm?ProductID=TR400 So, maybe the ukulele is advertised as a concert but actually a soprano.
I'd skip buying this one unless you don't care or want to take the chance.
